This is significant, because she started her journey in real estate during one of the toughest markets in modern times. Prior to that, she worked as a college administrator for 15 years. Her last position was Associate Dean of Students at The College of William & Mary. Beth lives and works in the Midlothian area with her husband, Stephen, and their 3 children: Jack, Grace, & Benjamin. Cooper the labradoodle can be found by Beth's side. Her family is active in St. Gabriel church and Grange Hall Elementary School. In addition to Beth's commitment to providing substantial financial support to local charities, she also volunteers her time on a weekly basis at her children's school library.

Meet Our Team Specialist—Claudia Ulloa-Smith provides transaction and client support for Beth and all of our clients. She brings a lot of experience and skills to the Team. After spending several years in the healthcare insurance industry, Claudia decided to put her administrative and customer service expertise to use in a new field—real estate.
Claudia has two special people in her life: her husband, Matt and beautiful daughter, Chelsea. Matt enjoys fishing and spending time with family. Chelsea loves to dance and swim. There are also 2 furry family members. Lola is a Maltese and Titan is a German Shepard mix. Family is very important to Claudia. Her greatest achievement in life is being a loving mother and wife.
