Beth Pretty

Team Lead & Listing Specialist (REALTOR®)

Beth is at your service as the Listing Specialist and Leader for The Pretty Team. She has been a full-time and full-service REALTOR® since 2008 in the Richmond market. This is significant, because she started her journey in real estate during one of the toughest markets in modern times. While over 40% of the REALTORS® in Richmond left the industry, Beth took it on and has been a successful agent every year.

She holds designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). All of these certifications represent a great deal of additional knowledge and expertise that substantially benefit our clients.

Prior to real estate, Beth worked as a college administrator for 15 years. Her last position was Associate Dean of Students at The College of William and Mary. Beth’s commitment to education makes her an outstanding choice as a real estate professional. There is a focus on educating her clients to keep them informed and empowered. Her outstanding evaluations and selection as a FIVE STAR REALTOR® by Richmond Magazine clearly demonstrate that her clients appreciate her philosophy and the way that she runs her business.

Beth lives and works in the Midlothian area with her husband, Stephen, and their three children. When she puts her phone down, she can be found cheering her kids on at dance classes, baseball games, and Tae Kwon Do. Her family loves to travel and check out the latest movies.

Robin

Lead Buyer Specialist (REALTOR®)

Robin is a Richmond native who has lived throughout the metropolitan area. She brings a wealth of experience to The Pretty Team. With more than 30 years in the communication industry, she knows how to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of attention. Robin began her journey in real estate in 2005. She has been through a seller’s and buyer’s market. This is a huge advantage to our buyers who need the latest market trends, strategies, and negotiating advice.

Robin is also a pet-friendly real estate agent, which means that she is comfortable and competent in maintaining a safe experience for our clients and animals/pets out in the field. She also spends her free time working in Animal Rescue. Robin fosters these precious dogs to give them a chance for a forever home.

Paige Blashfield

Director of Operations

Paige is our marketing ninja! She creates exquisite pieces to best highlight our listings. She also develops all of our educational and marketing publications.

After earning a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from Clemson University and a degree in Mass Communication & Journalism from Winthrop University, Paige spent 17 years in the fields of advertising & marketing. She served as an advertising director for eight of those years. Her background in architecture, advertising, and journalism serve her and us well. She keeps a watchful eye over the administrative process for all our clients, ensuring that your transaction is moving forward with her attention to detail and superior organizational skillset.

When Paige is not being a rock star for The Pretty Team, she is relaxing on her porch taking in the sights and sounds of her gorgeous Powhatan property or shipping up delicious cookies and cakes in her personal baking kitchen. Paige has been blessed with two highly-creative and gifted children who bring her much joy. Her husband Steve is talented in his own right and designed their stunning farm house.
